You know all that stuff you read about how to manage teams producing really good software design on Joel on Software and 37 signals and all of that?

It's all here, and it was written in 1971.



Highly recommended. Get an old edition, or get it from the library, it doesn't matter. You don't need the new and updated one. Nigh-on everything he says in 1971 still holds true.
