My friend Jim and I have started a food blog where we're writing about what we're cooking, what we're eating, what we're buying and what to do with it all afterwards. We're both big into local & seasonable cooking; I like quick, rapid one-off recipes inspired in-the-moment by what's around, while Jim is a careful and methodical cook who will cook a pizza crust six times until he feels he really gets it right.
